SAAZ is the famous aroma landrace variety originating in Czech area of the same name.It has very mild, pleasant noble hoppy notes perfectly suited for and defines the Czech-style pilsner beers. The classical “noble” aroma hop is with long and strong traditions.

β – caryophyllenne:              11 - 13% of total oil

Farnesene:                            14 - 20% of total oil
